As the spring water (or any other beverage product
or liquid) enters the transfer chamber inlet of the Polar
40 Fine Bubble Diffuser, it is constricted toward the upper part of the
chamber and changed into a high velocity jet stream. By redirecting and reducing
the velocity of this jet stream, a resulting decrease in pressure enables an
additive of oxygen gas (O2)
to be drawn into the upper chambers. The gas is then reconverted into
pressure energy, creating very small oxygen bubbles and allowing for the mass
transfer of the oxygen into the water. The result - maximum oxygenation of the
liquid. It's Super Oxygenated!
It's quite simple really! After the oxygen is dissolved
into our Spring Water by our Fine Bubble Diffuser, it remains in the water.
The oxygen does not immediately vent to the atmosphere, and no special capping
